Although Kelvin grew up in trucking, he explored other professions before realizing that trucking was what he wanted to make a career out of. While attending CSULB Kelvin interned at a micro-lending firm and a community bank. It was then he realized he couldn’t spend a full day sitting behind a desk. After graduating with a double major in Management and International Business, Kelvin went to work for Con-way Freight (now XPO Logistics) as an Operations Supervisor. That’s where he would be for the next two years before deciding to go into business for himself.
